Martin Lichtmesz

Press Release, April 2

The Norwegian Democrats are pleased to announce that Austrian author and thinker Martin Lichtmesz will contribute to the party’s remigration conference on June 13.

Lichtmesz will not attend the event in person, but will contribute to the conference via a digital presentation.

Lichtmesz is considered a key intellectual figure within the European New Right. He is particularly known for his work on ethnopluralism, as well as for his analyses of culture, identity, and politics in Europe.

He is affiliated with Freilich Magazin and works as an author, translator, and editor for the publishing house Antaios. In addition, he is a regular contributor to the German journal Sezession. Several of his texts have also been made available to a Norwegian audience through translations, including via Uten Filter.

Lichtmesz has also distinguished himself as a key disseminator of central French works in identitarian literature. Among other things, he has translated books by Jean Raspail and Renaud Camus into German, thereby helping to make these ideas known to a broader European audience.

“We are very pleased that Martin Lichtmesz is contributing to the conference. His perspectives will be an important addition to a serious and principled discussion on identity,” says Anne Cecilie Kristensen, representative of the Norwegian Democrats.

The Remigration Conference on June 13 will bring together Norwegian and international voices for a debate on the future of Europe, national sovereignty, and migration.
