Bouyé is the president of Génération Zemmour, the youth movement of Reconquête. He is also the president of the parent party, Reconquête.
Reconquête, along with Alternative for Germany and others, is a member of the Europe of Sovereign Nations Party in the European Parliament.
During the Remigration Summit 2025 in Milan, Bouyé distinguished himself as a clear voice for a realistic solution to mass immigration in Europe.
In his speech, he warned against radical left-wing harassment and political appeasement, and advocated for the creation of a separate French ministry for remigration as a first step toward what he described as a national reconquest.
“We are very pleased that Hilaire Bouyé is participating in our conference. He represents a new generation of European patriots who dare to articulate the challenges our countries face and who also dare to discuss concrete solutions,” says Anne Cecilie Kristensen, representative of the Norwegian Democrats.
The Norwegian Democrats believe that Hilaire Bouyé’s participation demonstrates that remigration is an issue that is uniting an increasing number of patriots and political circles across Europe. The conference gives Norwegian participants the opportunity to hear perspectives from key figures working for national sovereignty, security, and cultural continuity.
The Remigration Conference on June 13 will bring together Norwegian and international voices for a debate on the future of Europe, national sovereignty, and migration.
